HAPPY OATMEAL COOKIES
3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup flour
3 cups rolled oats
Makes 12 large HAPPY cookies
Ice cream scoop, roll and flatten with damp hands
350 degrees - 12-14 min on parchment paper
