Coconut Shrimp and Pineapple Salsa

Saturdays!  Best spent with creative souls, observing, laughing, sharing, documenting.  I was lucky enough to have a delicious meal prepared for me by an incredible fellow Artist. The pineapple salsa would be absolute perfection with chicken, rice….anything! I loved it.  While I watched her make her magic, the two of us watched Pam Garrison’s videos and the entire flickr slide show of Daily Poetics.  Tremendous, incredible afternoon and dinner. Cheers!
