Pants On Fire

Have you ever felt mega-betrayed and if yes, how did you handle it?  I have an opinion and it goes like this:  

When someone wrongfully implicates another in a lie eventually 'enough will become enough'. That's when Karma shows up and gives back exactly what is deserved.
